The challenge
The firm had little online presence beyond word of mouth, and prospective clients typically arrived at their first consultation without understanding what kind of case they had or what documentation they'd need, which meant lawyers spent early meetings on groundwork instead of the case itself.
Our approach
We treated the website and the AI module as two different jobs: the site needed to establish the firm's services clearly, while the AI module needed to do one narrow thing well, take in the details of a person's situation and map it to the kind of case and paperwork involved, rather than trying to hand out legal advice outright.
The solution
We built a website for the firm's services and an AI module that asks a prospective client structured questions about their situation, then suggests the category of case they likely have and the documents they should gather before connecting with a lawyer. Clients now arrive at their first consultation already understanding the shape of their case instead of starting from zero.
