Unifying product data and digital assets that lived in disconnected systems
Built a centralized platform that brings product information, digital assets, and the workflows around them into one enterprise system instead of several disconnected tools.
The challenge
Product information and digital assets (images, spec sheets, marketing files) were spread across disconnected systems and workflows, making it hard to know which version of a product record or asset was current, or to update one without chasing down every place it also lived.
Our approach
We treated product data and digital assets as two connected but distinct concerns: a PIM layer that owns product information, and a DAM layer that owns the files, with APIs connecting both into the broader ERP so downstream systems always read from one place.
The solution
We built centralized product-information management, digital-asset management, and the supporting APIs and enterprise workflows needed to keep them in sync, unifying what had been separate, manually reconciled systems.

Turning live webinars into same-day social and email content
Built an automated pipeline that extracts the best clips and quotes from live webinars and distributes them across social media and email the same day, instead of a week or two later.
One system to manage products across Amazon, Shopify, and WooCommerce
Built a central ERP that connects to Amazon, Shopify, and WooCommerce storefronts, so products, stock, and sales are managed in one place instead of separately on each platform.
Turning long-form webinar recordings into ready-to-publish highlight clips
Built an AI-powered platform that captures, transcribes, and analyzes long-form webinars to automatically surface highlights and generate short-form clips, architected to support 48-hour captures and audiences of 10,000+ live attendees.
