Run the delivery side of client engagements, keeping scope, timeline, and communication tight across multiple concurrent software projects.
Wat je gaat doen
- Own project planning, scoping, and sprint cadence across 2-4 concurrent client engagements
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders on timeline and scope questions
- Translate business requirements into well-defined technical tickets with engineering leads
- Track and report on budget, velocity, and risk across projects
- Facilitate standups, retros, and planning sessions for distributed engineering teams
Wat we zoeken
- 4+ years managing software development projects, ideally in an agency or consulting setting
- Working knowledge of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with project tracking tools (Jira, Linear, or similar)
- Comfortable reading technical specs well enough to challenge unrealistic estimates
Pluspunten
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification
- Prior experience as a developer or QA engineer
- Experience managing fixed-bid and time-and-materials contracts
