Technical Project Manager

Ihre Aufgaben

• Own project planning, scoping, and sprint cadence across 2-4 concurrent client engagements
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders on timeline and scope questions
• Translate business requirements into well-defined technical tickets with engineering leads
• Track and report on budget, velocity, and risk across projects
• Facilitate standups, retros, and planning sessions for distributed engineering teams

Ihr Profil

• 4+ years managing software development projects, ideally in an agency or consulting setting
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with project tracking tools (Jira, Linear, or similar)
• Comfortable reading technical specs well enough to challenge unrealistic estimates

Von Vorteil

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification
• Prior experience as a developer or QA engineer
• Experience managing fixed-bid and time-and-materials contracts
