Own feature delivery end-to-end across our client engagements, from API design through production deployment, working directly with clients’ engineering teams on Next.js and Node.js applications.
What you'll do
- Design and build full-stack features across Next.js, Vue/Nuxt, and Node.js codebases for multiple client projects
- Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders and translate business requirements into implementation plans
- Review pull requests and mentor mid-level and junior engineers on architecture and code quality
- Set up CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows on Vercel, AWS, or similar platforms
- Participate in sprint planning and provide realistic effort estimates
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production web applications with TypeScript/JavaScript
- Deep experience with React or Vue and a modern meta-framework (Next.js or Nuxt)
- Strong Node.js backend skills, including REST/GraphQL API design and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Comfortable working directly with external clients and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Git-based workflows and code review culture
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP or CRM integrations (NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with AWS or Vercel deployment pipelines
- Prior agency or consulting experience
